6:9 Discédite a me, omnes, qui operámini iniquitátem: * quóniam exaudívit Dóminus vocem fletus mei.
6:10 Exaudívit Dóminus deprecatiónem meam, * Dóminus oratiónem meam suscépit.

Psalms {from the Psalter for the day of the week}
Ant. Deliver my soul,
Psalm 6 [1]
6:1 Senhor, me não acuseis na vossa indignação, * nem me castigueis na vossa ira.
6:3 Turvou-se-me a alma profundamente: * mas Vós, ó Senhor, até quando?
6:4 Volvei Senhor e livrai a minha alma: * salvai-me pela vossa misericórdia.
6:9 O Senhor ouviu a minha súplica, * o Senhor acolheu a minha oração.
V. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, * and to the Holy Ghost.

Psalmus 7(2-10) [2]
7:2 Dómine, Deus meus, in te sperávi: * salvum me fac ex ómnibus persequéntibus me, et líbera me.
7:9 Júdica me, Dómine, secúndum justítiam meam, * et secúndum innocéntiam meam super me.

7:5 Persiga o inimigo a minha alma, apodere-a e calque na terra a minha vida * e a pó reduza a minha glória.

Hymn
Before the ending of the day,
Creator of the world, we pray
That with thy wonted favor thou
Wouldst be our guard and keeper now.

From all ill dreams defend our eyes,
From nightly fears and fantasies;
Tread under foot our ghostly foe,
That no pollution we may know.

* O Father, that we ask be done,
Through Jesus Christ, thine only Son;
Who, with the Holy Ghost and thee,
Doth live and reign eternally.
Amen.

Final Antiphon of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Mother of Christ, hear thou thy people's cry
Star of the deep and Portal of the sky!
Mother of Him who thee from nothing made.
Sinking we strive and call to thee for aid:
O, by what joy which Gabriel brought to thee,
Thou Virgin first and last, let us thy mercy see.

V. The Angel of the Lord announced unto Mary.
R. And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.
Let us pray.
Pour forth, we beseech thee, O Lord, thy grace into our hearts: that as we have known the incarnation of thy Son Jesus Christ by the message of an Angel, so too by his Cross and passion may we be brought to the glory of his resurrection. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.
V. May the divine assistance remain with us always.
R. Amen.
Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation: But deliver us from evil. Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace; The Lord is with thee; Blessed art thou amongst women, And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth.
And in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried: he descended into hell; the third day he arose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven; sitteth at the right hand of God the Father almighty: from thence he shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Ghost, the holy catholic Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins. The resurrection of the body. And life everlasting. Amen.
