Lord have mercy upon us, Christ have mercy upon us, Lord have mercy upon us
"Our Father" is said silently until "And lead us not into temptation:".
Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
℣. And lead us not into temptation:
℟. But deliver us from evil.
℣. O Lord, hear my prayer.
℟. And let my cry come unto thee.
Let us pray.
O God, Who, through the teaching of the Blessed Apostle Paul, hast caused the light of the Gospel to shine throughout the world, grant, we beseech thee, that we, having his wonderful conversion as on this day in remembrance, may show forth our thankfulness unto thee for the same, by following the holy example which he hath set.
